Job Overview:

Adearest is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with extensive experience in the industrial refrigeration or MEP industry. This role requires a proven track record in construction project management, delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion.

Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.

Conduct risk management assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control.

Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Refrigeration).

Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in the GCC region.

Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge in industrial refrigeration or the MEP industry.

Project Management: Proven experience in construction project management with a successful track record of project delivery.

Leadership: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

Software Proficiency: Proficiency in project management software and tools.
