Role Overview – Khalid Ali Al-Kharafi & Brothers Co. Construction is hiring a Project Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Kuwait. This position is ideal for experienced construction professionals with strong project management expertise, technical construction knowledge, and the ability to manage construction projects effectively, oversee site operations, ensure quality and safety standards, control budgets, and deliver projects on schedule within a dynamic construction environment.

Project Planning and Scheduling – You will develop comprehensive project plans that define scope, timelines, resource requirements, and milestones for construction projects. You will create detailed schedules using project management software, identify critical path activities, and communicate plans clearly to all project stakeholders and team members.

Site Management and Operations – You will oversee daily site operations, supervise construction activities, and ensure work progresses according to project plans and specifications. You will maintain site organization, coordinate material deliveries, manage site facilities, and ensure efficient site operations throughout the project lifecycle.
