Role Overview: The Project Manager will lead complex roads and infrastructure projects in the UAE, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery while maintaining strong communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Project Planning & Execution: This role requires developing detailed project plans, allocating resources, monitoring schedules, and ensuring adherence to timelines. You will coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to maintain efficiency and project accuracy.

Team Leadership: You will manage project teams, provide mentorship, delegate responsibilities, and ensure the team maintains high productivity. Leading by example and maintaining motivation and accountability across teams is critical.

Budget & Cost Management: You will oversee project budgets, manage financial resources, approve expenditures, and track costs against estimates. Accurate reporting and forecasting are essential to maintain project profitability.

Quality & Compliance: Ensuring projects comply with UAE standards, health and safety regulations, and environmental guidelines is a major responsibility. You will implement procedures to monitor quality and prevent issues proactively.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination: You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing updates, resolving issues, and managing expectations. Building strong relationships is key to project success.
