Project Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead mid-rise construction projects in the heart of Dubai. The role demands proven leadership in managing full-cycle construction, ensuring on-time delivery, and adherence to quality benchmarks. Key Responsibilities: As a Project Manager, you will be entrusted with end-to-end project execution, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, progress tracking, and stakeholder coordination. You'll oversee multiple phases of construction from G+3 to G+11 mid-rise buildings, ensuring each stage aligns with design, safety, and regulatory standards. Your ability to make timely decisions and manage contractors and consultants will define your success.

Project Specialization: This position is strictly focused on residential tower projects in the mid-rise segment. Candidates with experience in villa construction will not be considered. The successful candidate must have led or co-led 2 to 4 completed mid-rise buildings in Dubai. Familiarity with Dubai’s construction codes and permitting processes is critical for this role.

Candidate Requirements: The ideal applicant will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically within the UAE. A proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders, solving on-site issues, and delivering high-value residential projects on time is essential. Experience working as an Assistant PM or in a similar leadership role will give you a significant edge.
