We are currently seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in the construction industry to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is reserved for highly skilled professionals with a minimum of 10 years of UAE experience, who are capable of managing complex construction projects from inception to completion with efficiency and leadership excellence.

Role Overview and Objectives

As the Project Manager, you will take full ownership of all phases of construction project delivery. This includes strategic planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with regulatory standards. Your ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and maintain effective communication across all stakeholders will be critical to the success of this position.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for developing detailed project plans, scheduling, coordinating with consultants, contractors, and suppliers, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards. Additionally, you will monitor project progress, address risks and delays proactively, and manage costs by overseeing budgets and procurement processes. Regular reporting to senior management and clients is a key part of this role.

Technical and Leadership Expertise

The ideal candidate should have deep technical knowledge in civil construction practices, including structural works, MEP coordination, and finishing standards. Leadership and the ability to supervise site teams, enforce HSE regulations, and maintain construction timelines are essential traits. Your experience in navigating the UAE’s construction permitting and compliance environment will be highly valuable.

Client and Stakeholder Communication

One of your core responsibilities will be acting as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders. This includes building strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities to ensure smooth and professional execution of each phase of the project. The ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively is a must.

Preferred Candidate Profile

To be considered, candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects in the UAE. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and a thorough understanding of local construction regulations and quality standards is expected. PMP certification will be considered an added advantage.
