About the Role:

Azizi Developments is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join our Project Management & Construction team. This is a leadership role for a professional with a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects. If you have strong project management skills, a passion for delivering high-quality results, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from inception to completion. Your primary duties will include developing project plans, managing budgets, and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. You will coordinate with architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Additionally, you will monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A minimum of 7–10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry is required. Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 will be an advantage. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar software is essential.

Skills and Competencies:

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and teams. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships with stakeholders. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure are key attributes we are looking for.
