About the Role

We are seeking experienced Project Managers to oversee multiple construction and fitout projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in UAE construction projects and demonstrate strong leadership abilities in managing complex projects from inception to completion.

Requirements

Valid UAE Driving License

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Minimum 10 years of construction and fitout project experience in UAE

Arabic language proficiency (preferred)

Comprehensive knowledge of UAE construction regulations

Proven track record in managing multiple concurrent projects

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution

Manage multiple construction and fitout projects independently, including renovations and facility management initiatives

Develop and establish project objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with stakeholder requirements

Create and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans

Oversee all project phases from initiation through closeout

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards

Stakeholder Management

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to monitor construction progress

Conduct regular project meetings to facilitate communication and address challenges

Provide regular status updates to stakeholders

Manage client relationships and expectations throughout project lifecycle

Technical Management

Evaluate and select contractors and subcontractors based on qualifications and cost-effectiveness

Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with specifications

Manage project documentation including contracts, permits, and drawings

Oversee change order processes and documentation

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain safe working environments

Procurement and Contract Management

Manage procurement processes including bid evaluations

Negotiate contracts and handle vendor selection

Monitor and control project costs and budgets

Maintain accurate project financial records

10+ years of experience in construction and fitout projects within UAE

Proven track record of successful project delivery

Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects

Background in construction, renovation, and facility management
