Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead various projects across our building materials, interior design, and facilities management divisions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed

Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions

Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion

Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients

Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies

Lead and mentor project team members while fostering a collaborative work environment

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field

Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience in construction, interior design, or facilities management

PMP certification or equivalent professional qualification preferred

Proven track record of successfully delivering projects within the UAE

Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations

Excellent command of English; Arabic language skills are a plus

Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
