About the Role

We are seeking experienced Project Managers to join our Dubai team, specializing in interior fit-out projects across commercial, residential, and F&B sectors. The ideal candidates will bring strong technical expertise and leadership skills to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of interior fit-out projects from inception to completion

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation

Lead and coordinate project teams, including contractors and suppliers

Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and building codes

Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications

Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies

Review and approve project documentation and technical submittals

Coordinate with architects, designers, and other consultants

Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings

Manage project variations and change orders

Ensure timely project delivery within allocated budgets

Required Qualifications

Engineering Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering

Minimum 5+ years of project management experience

Proven UAE work experience (mandatory)

Extensive experience in interior fit-out projects (Commercial, Residential, and F&B)

Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations

Professional project management certification preferred

Technical Expertise

In-depth knowledge of interior fit-out processes and techniques

Proficiency in construction materials and methodologies

Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications

Experience with project management software

Knowledge of cost control and budget management

Familiarity with health and safety regulations
