Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Strategy

Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables

Create and manage project budgets

Identify and mitigate potential risks

Project Execution

Oversee residential construction and high-end joinery projects

Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors

Ensure adherence to quality standards, building codes, and regulations

Manage project resources and team members

Monitor project progress and performance

Client Management

Act as primary point of contact for clients

Provide regular project updates and progress reports

Manage client expectations and resolve concerns

Ensure client satisfaction throughout project lifecycle

Technical Expertise

Deep understanding of residential construction techniques

Specialized knowledge in high-end joinery and fit-out processes

Proficiency in project management software

Technical drawing and specification review

Financial Management

Develop and track project budgets

Control project costs

Perform cost-benefit analyses

Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in residential project management

Proven track record in high-end joinery and fit-out projects

Strong understanding of UAE building regulations

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)

Advanced MS Office skills

Technical Skills:

Project planning and scheduling

Budget management

Cost estimation

Quality control

Risk management

Contractor coordination

Technical drawing interpretation

Desired Certifications:

PMP (Project Management Professional)

PRINCE2

Local UAE construction management certifications

Languages:

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Working Conditions:

Office-based with frequent site visits
