Position Overview

We are seeking a bilingual (Arabic-English) Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will lead and oversee multiple projects while ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets

Manage project resources, timelines, and deliverables

Coordinate with stakeholders, team members, and contractors

Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare progress reports

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues

Ensure project quality standards are met

Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Facilitate effective communication between all project participants

Present project updates to senior management and stakeholders

Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction

Lead and coordinate project team members

Documentation & Reporting

Create and maintain project documentation

Develop status reports and project presentations

Track project KPIs and metrics

Maintain project records and documentation

Prepare and present project closure reports

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 5 years of project management experience

PMP certification preferred

Experience in UAE market preferred

Language Skills

Fluency in Arabic (speaking, reading, and writing) - Mandatory

Strong English language skills (speaking, reading, and writing)

Technical Skills

Proficiency in project management software

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies

Advanced MS Office skills

Experience with budgeting and cost control

Risk management expertise
