Job Description:

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of oil & gas construction projects at a petrochemical plant. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met within budget and timeline constraints. The Project Manager will monitor and control project scope, schedule, and budget, develop project plans, and conduct regular status meetings to keep stakeholders informed.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight:

Oversee all aspects of oil & gas construction projects, from planning through execution and completion.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and resolve issues.

Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

Project Management:

Develop and implement detailed project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling.

Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.

Risk Management:

Identify and manage project risks and issues to minimize their impact on project success.

Propose and implement solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure project milestones are achieved.

Reporting:

Conduct regular project status meetings to provide updates, identify issues, and propose solutions.

Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management within the oil & gas construction industry.

Proven track record of managing multimillion-dollar projects with successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.

Extensive knowledge of petrochemical plant operations and construction processes.

Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are highly preferred.

Male, 55 years old and below.

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary:

Up to 35,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications, plus benefits.
