A leading F&B group based in Abu Dhabi, known for serving the best flavors of specialty coffee and desserts.

Roles & Responsibilities

Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, set timelines, and manage resources to ensure the successful completion of restaurant projects such as openings, renovations, or process improvements.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.

Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and adjust plans as necessary to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.

Progress Tracking: Track project progress, prepare regular status reports for stakeholders, and ensure projects meet quality and performance standards.

Requirements

Nationality: Open to Asian, Arabic, and European nationalities.

Gender:  40 y/o and below.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in restaurants.

Background: Background in F&B and restaurant projects.
