Job Summary:

CyberNAS is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the education industry. The successful candidate will lead and oversee a range of projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, ensuring their successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

Plan and execute various education projects, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Project Management:

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track project progress using appropriate tools.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.

Team Leadership:

Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure effective collaboration and achievement of project goals.

Risk and Issue Management:

Manage project risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards throughout project execution.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Monitor and report on project performance, providing regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders.

Post-Project Evaluation:

Conduct post-project evaluations and identify opportunities for process and performance improvement.

Requirements:

Experience:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the education industry, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Skills and Knowledge:

Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 being a plus.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams towards project success.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.

Adaptability and resilience, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and driving continuous improvement.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced qualifications in project management or education would be advantageous.

Salary:

SAR 30,000 to 50,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
