We are seeking an experienced Project Management Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion

Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and control

Establish and maintain project management processes, templates, and tools

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria

Monitor project progress and risks, and implement mitigation strategies

Provide regular project status updates and performance reporting

Ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards

Mentor and guide junior project management team members

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management

Hold a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification

Expertise in Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects

Strong experience in establishing and managing Project Management Offices (PMOs)

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Fluency in English is mandatory, Arabic language skills are an advantage
