Role Overview – Al Tayer Insignia is hiring a Project Engineer for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for experienced engineering professionals with strong technical expertise, project management capability, and the ability to manage engineering projects effectively, coordinate technical teams, ensure quality standards, implement solutions, and contribute to operational excellence within a dynamic luxury automotive environment.

Project Planning and Scope Definition – You will develop comprehensive project plans that define scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for engineering initiatives. You will establish project documentation, create work breakdown structures, and communicate project plans clearly to all stakeholders.

Technical Project Management – You will manage engineering projects from conception through completion by coordinating team activities, monitoring progress against timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet specifications. You will track project milestones, manage dependencies, and maintain project status visibility for management and stakeholders.

Engineering Design and Specifications – You will develop technical designs, specifications, and engineering drawings for projects using CAD software and engineering standards. You will ensure designs meet regulatory requirements, industry standards, and customer specifications while optimizing for performance and cost-effectiveness.

Quality Assurance and Testing – You will establish quality standards for engineering work, conduct testing and inspections to verify performance against specifications, and document results. You will identify deficiencies, implement corrective actions, and ensure all deliverables meet quality requirements before delivery.

Team Coordination and Supervision – You will coordinate engineering teams, assign technical tasks, monitor performance, and provide technical guidance and support. You will supervise contractors and consultants, ensure compliance with project specifications, and maintain productive working relationships.
