Duties & Responsibilities:

Join our team at A&T Group Interiors as a Project Engineer, where you will be responsible for the successful execution of interior design and fitout projects. Your duties and responsibilities include:

Collaborating with the project management team to plan, coordinate, and execute interior design and fitout projects from inception to completion.

Conducting site assessments, surveys, and feasibility studies to gather project requirements and assess project constraints.

Preparing detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure project objectives are met.

Coordinating with architects, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met according to specifications and timelines.

Providing technical expertise and guidance on interior design principles, fit out construction techniques, building codes, and regulations.

Reviewing project drawings, specifications, and documentation to identify potential issues, discrepancies, and value engineering opportunities.

Monitoring project progress, tracking project milestones, and updating project status reports to management and stakeholders.

Conducting quality inspections, tests, and reviews to ensure compliance with project requirements, specifications, and industry standards.

Identifying risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement, and developing and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

Maintaining effective communication and collaboration with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates, resolving issues, and addressing concerns.

Candidate Profile:

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field.

More than 8 years of professional experience as a Project Engineer or similar role in the interior design, building, and fitout industry in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Strong technical knowledge of interior design principles, fitout construction techniques, and building materials.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design and project management software.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of local regulations, building codes, and permitting processes in Saudi Arabia is preferred.

Fluency in English; Arabic language skills would be an advantage.
