A leading façade and fit-out specialist in Dubai seeks two skilled Project Engineers to oversee high-end glazing and aluminium installation projects. This hands-on role combines technical expertise with client management in the fast-paced construction sector.

Site Operations Management

You will direct daily site activities, ensuring precise execution of glass and aluminium installations according to design specifications. Your oversight will maintain strict quality standards while meeting aggressive project timelines.

Technical Coordination

The role demands in-depth knowledge of glazing systems, curtain walls, and architectural metalwork. You’ll interpret technical drawings and resolve installation challenges with innovative engineering solutions.

Stakeholder Liaison

Acting as the primary site contact, you’ll coordinate between clients, architects, and subcontractors. Your communication skills will align all parties on project milestones and quality expectations.

Material & Logistics

You’ll oversee material procurement, storage, and handling of fragile glass and precision aluminium components. Your planning will minimize waste and ensure just-in-time delivery to active work fronts.

Quality & Safety Compliance

Implementing rigorous inspection protocols, you’ll guarantee installations meet Dubai’s stringent façade regulations. Your safety leadership will protect teams working at heights with delicate materials.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintaining detailed progress reports, snag lists, and as-built drawings will be essential. Your documentation will support project handovers and facilitate smooth client approvals.

Candidate Profile

We require:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering/Interior Design
• 3-4 years UAE glazing/fit-out experience
• Expertise in façade systems and joinery details
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• UAE driving license
