Key Responsibilities:

As the Project Engineer, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of villa and high-rise building projects. Your primary duties will include managing project schedules, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards. You will monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion. Additionally, you will prepare progress reports, maintain project documentation, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in managing villa and high-rise building projects is required. Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations is essential. Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent will be an advantage.
