Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing technical aspects of construction projects, ensuring quality standards are met, and coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timeline, budget, and quality standards

Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and other project documentation

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Prepare detailed project reports, including progress updates, technical analyses, and cost tracking

Identify potential issues and develop solutions to minimize project delays and cost overruns

Participate in client meetings and provide technical expertise as needed

Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records

Assist in the preparation of project schedules and resource allocation plans

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field

3-5 years of experience in construction project management or related role

Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

Valid UAE driving license

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in relevant field

Professional certifications (PMP, LEED, etc.)

Experience in UAE construction industry

Arabic language skills
