NOW HIRING A PROJECT ENGINEER - FITOUT

Our client is a leading Fit Out Contractor based in Dubai, UAE. It has a diverse portfolio across various sectors such as Residential, and hospitality projects, and are involved in some of the most exciting projects in the UAE

The Position:

This role is crucial in managing fit-out projects, from initial planning through to successful completion. You’ll ensure that projects run smoothly, staying on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients, architects, and subcontractors to develop detailed project plans and schedules.

• Oversee daily site activities, ensuring work meets safety and quality standards.

• Manage project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as needed to address any issues.

• Review and approve technical drawings and specifications.

• Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress reports.

• Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in fit-out construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management tools.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Salary:

AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
