TXM Manpower Solutions is a premier staffing and recruiting firm specializing in delivering top talent to industries such as Oil & Gas, Engineering, and Construction. We are currently seeking a highly experienced Project Director to oversee large-scale Oil & Gas EPC projects in Abu Dhabi.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Lead and manage large-scale EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project objectives are met within the stipulated timeline and budget.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.

Team Management: Assemble and lead a multidisciplinary project team, providing direction, support, and motivation to ensure high performance and project success.

Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact and ensure project continuity.

Quality Control: Oversee all aspects of project execution to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control expenditures, and ensure financial performance aligns with project goals.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders, including progress updates, budget summaries, and risk assessments.

Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with ADNOC and other relevant industry standards and regulations.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 15 years of extensive experience managing large-scale Oil & Gas EPC projects, with a preference for candidates with ADNOC project experience.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., PMP) are advantageous.

Leadership: Proven track record of successfully leading large project teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address project challenges proactively.

Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Oil & Gas industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
