Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director for a permanent position based in Qiddiya, Riyadh. This role is with one of our esteemed clients managing a SAR two billion infrastructure project.

Project Scope: The project encompasses large-scale infrastructure, including roads, interchanges, and utilities. The successful candidate will lead and manage the full life cycle of the project, ensuring successful delivery across all phases.

Responsibilities: The role involves strategic leadership from project planning to execution. This includes oversight of engineering, construction, MEP, architectural finishes, testing and commissioning.

Stakeholder Management: The Project Director will handle internal and external stakeholder relationships, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals and timelines.

Contract & Commercial Expertise: The candidate must have proven experience in contract management, commercial oversight, and managing claims, ensuring project profitability and compliance.

Team Leadership: The role demands strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and lead diverse teams through complex project phases and challenges.

Experience Requirements: A minimum of 20 years of experience is required, with at least 10 years in the GCC region managing mega infrastructure projects. Prior experience in similar multi-billion SAR projects is essential.
