Job Overview: We are hiring five dynamic and detail-oriented Project Designers to join Ducon Industries’ growing design and engineering team. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong design sensibility and a passion for transforming concepts into innovative project solutions within the industrial and construction sectors.

Core Responsibilities: As a Project Designer, you will be responsible for creating project drawings, models, and documentation that align with client requirements and the company’s high-quality standards. You’ll lead the design phase of projects from concept to execution, ensuring both aesthetics and functionality are achieved.

Design Development: You will translate design briefs into technical drawings using CAD, SketchUp, or other visualization tools. A deep understanding of space planning, materials, and construction details will be crucial for success in this role.

Project Coordination: Working closely with architects, engineers, and project managers, you’ll support design presentations, revisions, and site-specific adjustments. You’ll also be expected to address on-site issues related to design intent and technical feasibility.

Client Interaction: You will regularly liaise with clients, present design proposals, incorporate feedback, and ensure expectations are clearly aligned throughout all project phases. Strong communication skills are essential to handle client-facing duties with confidence.

Innovation & Research: We encourage our designers to contribute new ideas and innovations. You’ll be expected to stay updated on global design trends, sustainable solutions, and new technologies to keep our offerings cutting-edge.
