Duties & Responsibilities

As a Project Coordinator at B2C Solutions, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of administrative and office management, HR, and finance. Your responsibilities will include:

Administration & Office Management: Overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring efficient office operations.

HR & Finance: Managing human resources functions and financial operations to support organizational goals.

Employee Performance Management: Implementing and managing employee performance evaluation systems, with a preference for experience in the healthcare industry.

Coordination & Evaluation: Coordinating administrative tasks and evaluating performance to ensure optimal productivity.

Software Proficiency: Utilizing relevant software and tools to streamline operations and manage data effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in administration and office management, with at least one year of experience in employee performance management systems, preferably in the healthcare industry.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree.

Nationality: Must be of Arabic nationality.

Skills: Proven experience in administration coordination and performance evaluation, with proficiency in relevant software and tools.

Contract Duration: This is a 12-month contract position.
