Ashra Tech is looking for a motivated and detail oriented Project Coordinator with a civil engineering background to join our construction team in Abu Dhabi. This is a great opportunity for an early career professional with at least one year of experience who is eager to grow within a dynamic and fast paced construction environment.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting project coordination and site operations, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and in line with project timelines and requirements. You will coordinate with site teams, manage project documentation, track progress, and provide support for reporting activities. Your ability to communicate effectively and stay organized across multiple tasks will be key to performing well in this position.

The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering and have a basic working knowledge of AutoCAD. Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with site teams and management are essential qualities we are looking for. A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a similar coordination or site support role within the construction industry is required.
