Job Description

Project Coordination Support – The Project Coordinator will support the Project Management team by ensuring smooth coordination of construction and fit-out activities during the expansion of restaurant outlets across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The role plays a key part in keeping teams aligned, organized, and focused on delivery timelines.

Project Documentation Management – The role involves maintaining and organizing all project-related documentation, including floor plans, permits, trade licenses, and No Objection Certificates. Accuracy and proper record-keeping are essential to ensure compliance and smooth project execution.

Timeline and Progress Tracking – The Project Coordinator will track daily project timelines, update reports, and ensure milestones related to new branch openings are achieved. Close monitoring of schedules helps prevent delays and supports timely decision-making.

Vendor and Contractor Coordination – Coordinating with fit-out contractors, kitchen equipment suppliers, and interior designers is a core responsibility. The role ensures timely delivery of materials, clear communication, and alignment between vendors and internal stakeholders.

Site Visits and Inspections – The Project Coordinator will assist the Project Manager during site visits across the UAE, documenting construction progress through photographs, reports, and observations to support accurate project monitoring.

Procurement and Authority Coordination – The role includes raising purchase orders for furniture, fixtures, and equipment, following up on deliveries, and supporting coordination with local authorities such as municipalities, civil defense, and utility providers for approvals and clearances.
