We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team in Qatar. As a leading company, we are committed to excellence in project management and delivery.

Position: Project Coordinator  

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and oversee project activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.

- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management and stakeholders.

- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.

- Track project expenses, invoices, and payments to ensure accurate budget management.

- Assist in risk assessment and mitigation planning.

- Maintain project documentation and records.

- Support the project team in resolving issues and conflicts.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or management.

- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

- Valid transferable Residence Permit (RP) in Qatar.
