Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented Project Controls Manager to join our award-winning team based in Madinah, KSA. Your success in this role will involve:

Establishing project-specific procedures aligned with the divisional Project Procedures Manual and best practices for coordinating and controlling project services activities.

Providing guidance to planners in developing and integrating independent schedules into the overall project plan.

Evaluating the organization's and unit's work logics to ensure schedule adequacy supporting the overall project schedule.

Creating and maintaining risk management registers throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitoring project trends and conducting effective project reviews with Project Managers/Directors according to the project plan.

Developing and updating detailed project budgets to ensure alignment with current and forecasted financial plans.

Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum of 10 years of work experience, with at least 5 years focused specifically on Project Controls.

Excellent experience in high-rise construction projects is required.
