Job Description / Role:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Controls Manager with at least 15-20 years of experience in project controls, commercial, and planning management of mega construction programs, specifically within the Middle East and in a PMC or client environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage budgets, cost, planning/scheduling, and management of change, including the development and implementation of budgets and baselines to meet project objectives.

Assess project control staff capabilities and recommend appropriate roles and responsibilities.

Contribute to the project control department's knowledge transfer program with comprehensive on-the-job learning.

Control and monitor project schedules from registration to handover.

Ensure all projects provide input to monthly dashboards in line with project guidelines.

Undertake cost-related activities, including preparing and maintaining portfolio cost reports, defining cost requirements for contracts, and preparing financial input for contracts.

Establish and update project invoice registration monthly.

Monitor project cash flow and available funds.

Manage all planning and scheduling activities, including preparing schedules for projects before bidding and maintaining the Master Schedule.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.

Minimum of 15-20 years’ experience in planning and scheduling on large-scale projects.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience working in the GCC, with preference for KSA experience.

Ability to prepare consolidated schedule performance reports and review and approve baseline schedules submitted by contractors.

Experience in developing structure and archiving project documents.

Salary: SAR 40,000 to 45,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
