Employment: Full Time

Salary: 85,000 SAR Per Month

NSR Associates, a global project management consultancy, is seeking a highly experienced Project Controls Director for a prestigious multi-million-dollar buildings project in central Riyadh. The project encompasses high-rise buildings, hotels, cultural, and heritage projects, presenting a challenging yet rewarding opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight: Lead project controls functions including critical path management, stakeholder management, value engineering, cost control, contract negotiation, and program management.

Strategic Planning: Develop action plans and strategies aligned with project and business needs, ensuring robust project management techniques and demonstrating commercial acumen.

Risk Management: Handle risk assessments, delay analysis, and program controls to safeguard client interests.

Client Interface: Present findings and strategies effectively to stakeholders, managing relationships with multiple contractors on site.

Technical Expertise: Conduct in-depth contractor performance reviews, ensuring adherence to project requirements and quality standards.

Requirements:

Education and Experience: Degree educated with 15-20 years of post-graduate experience in project controls, preferably within major construction projects in the GCC.

Industry Experience: Proven track record in managing large-scale projects with budgets of 1.5-2 billion AED/QAR/SAR, encompassing high-rise buildings, shopping malls, healthcare facilities, airport terminals, museums, and hotels.

Lifecycle Experience: Comprehensive experience across the project lifecycle from inception to completion.

Technical Skills: Strong technical and engineering background with the ability to conduct thorough performance evaluations and analyze project data.

Communication Skills: Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders.
