Role Overview: Belresheed Group Ltd is seeking a skilled and organized Project / Civil Engineer to support the planning, execution, supervision, and completion of civil engineering projects. The role involves coordinating site activities, monitoring construction progress, reviewing technical requirements, ensuring work follows approved drawings and specifications, and coordinating with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, practical site experience, and the ability to manage multiple project requirements efficiently.

Project Planning & Coordination: Support the planning and execution of civil construction projects from commencement through completion. Coordinate project activities according to approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and requirements. Work closely with project teams, contractors, consultants, and suppliers. Monitor project milestones and follow up on outstanding activities.

Site Supervision: Supervise day-to-day civil and construction activities at project sites. Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and required standards. Monitor site progress and coordinate activities between different teams. dentify site issues and coordinate appropriate solutions with relevant stakeholders.

Technical Review: Review engineering drawings, specifications, method statements, and related project documents. Coordinate with consultants and technical teams regarding design or construction requirements. Identify discrepancies between drawings and site conditions and report them for resolution. Provide technical input where required during project execution.

Quality Control: Monitor construction work to ensure required quality standards are maintained. Coordinate inspections and ensure completed work meets project specifications. Follow up on corrective actions and outstanding quality issues. Maintain appropriate project and inspection documentation.

Project Progress Monitoring: Track daily and weekly construction progress against approved schedules. Prepare progress updates and communicate project status to management. Identify potential delays and coordinate with relevant teams to minimize disruption. Follow up on materials, manpower, equipment, and other requirements affecting project progress.

Contractor & Consultant Coordination: Coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers. Attend project meetings and follow up on agreed actions. Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues. Maintain clear communication between project stakeholders.

Health & Safety Support: Support the implementation of site health and safety procedures. Monitor site activities and report unsafe conditions when identified. Coordinate with relevant personnel to ensure safe working practices are followed. Maintain awareness of safety requirements throughout project activities.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project activities, inspections, drawings, and correspondence. Prepare routine site reports, progress updates, and technical documentation. Track project-related instructions, approvals, and outstanding issues. Ensure important project records are properly organized and updated.
