Job Specifications:

Colabdxb is seeking a dedicated and organized Project Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management within a digital agency or a similar environment and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Client Communication and Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

Provide regular updates to clients on project status, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and marketers to ensure seamless project execution.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members to achieve project goals.

Conduct regular team meetings to monitor project progress and address any roadblocks.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure all projects meet quality standards and client expectations.

Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks before project delivery.

Gather and analyze feedback from clients and team members to continuously improve processes and deliverables.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.

Monitor project risks and implement contingency plans as necessary.

Ensure proactive problem-solving and conflict resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably within a digital agency or a similar environment.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, web development, and creative design processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
