About the Company:

Sinopack is a well-renowned global design firm involved in a number of exciting projects within the Hospitality, Mixed-Use, Commercial, and Residential sectors. As part of their continued development and due to ongoing growth in the Middle East, they are looking to recruit several Architects to help support the business.

Job Description:

The Project Architect will lead the design development process, ensuring that architectural designs meet building codes, regulations, standards, and industry best practices. The role includes managing project budgets, resources, and schedules, and facilitating effective communication among team members to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities:

Design Development:

Lead the design development process, translating concepts into detailed architectural designs.

Ensure designs align with building codes, regulations, and standards.

Project Management:

Manage project budgets and resources, including tracking expenses, preparing cost estimates, and managing change orders.

Monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion and make adjustments as necessary.

Communication and Collaboration:

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, both internal and external.

Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise to maintain project goals.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience.

Proven track record of working on various project typologies.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

Skills:

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects.

Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.

Effective communication skills.

Portfolio:

Be able to demonstrate a portfolio of varied projects of size and scale.
