Program Advisor - US Sales (Remote Night Shift) | Interview Kickstart

Role Overview – Interview Kickstart is hiring Program Advisors to help professionals crack top tech interviews and advance their careers. This remote position operates on night shift hours aligned with US time zones, working 5.5 days per week. This role is ideal for sales professionals who are passionate about helping tech professionals achieve their career goals while working with a global team of ex-Google, Meta, and top tech leaders.

Outbound Sales and Follow-ups – You will conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with prospective clients to introduce Interview Kickstart's programs and services. Your responsibilities include reaching out to leads, scheduling consultations, nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline, and maintaining consistent communication to move candidates toward enrollment.

Needs Assessment and Sales Closure – The ability to understand client needs and close sales effectively is essential. You should be able to conduct discovery conversations, identify pain points and career goals, present tailored solutions that address specific needs, handle objections professionally, and guide prospects through the decision-making process to successful enrollment.

CRM Management and Upselling – You will maintain CRM systems with accurate records of all interactions, pipeline status, and sales activities. Additionally, you'll identify opportunities to upsell services to existing clients, recommend additional programs that align with their career advancement goals, and maximize customer lifetime value through strategic relationship building.

Sales Experience – Proven experience in sales, business development, or client advisory roles is required. You should have a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, strong persuasion and negotiation skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse professionals seeking career advancement.

Communication Skills – Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for this role. You must be articulate, persuasive, and able to explain complex program benefits clearly to prospective clients, addressing their concerns and motivating them to take action on their career goals.

Night Shift Availability – You must be comfortable working night shift hours aligned with US time zones on a 5.5 days per week schedule. This requires discipline, strong time management, and the ability to maintain high energy and performance during night hours while working remotely.

Self-Motivation and Ownership – High ownership and self-motivation are essential in this fast-paced environment. You should be proactive, results-driven, able to work independently without constant supervision, and committed to achieving ambitious sales goals in a competitive market.
