Purpose:

You will assist in managing various production activities, including assembly, material forming/shaping, processing, treating, or packaging. Your role will encompass planning, directing, and monitoring production to meet established specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead the production and testing team.

Oversee production planning, assembly, testing, and repair.

Implement Lean principles in the production line to ensure the best quality, maximum cost savings, and shortest delivery time.

Coordinate with the Execution Team to achieve the most efficient processes and optimal use of resources.

Ensure required staffing and foster well-trained, motivated teams, establishing a professional and reliable working environment.

Monitor and improve throughput time, building a culture of continuous improvement.

Ensure a safe work environment while maintaining company assets and resources.

Manage proper setup for assembly and testing to achieve Production KPIs.

Ensure responsibilities are properly organized, staffed, skilled, and directed.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

6-10 years of relevant experience.

Strong leadership qualities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Understanding of Lean principles and minimizing related wastes.

Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Arabic.
