Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our joinery factory operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily production activities, ensuring quality standards, and leading a team of skilled craftsmen.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in the joinery factory

Monitor production processes and optimize workflow efficiency

Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols

Manage inventory levels and material requirements

Train and mentor production team members

Conduct regular quality inspections of finished products

Prepare production reports and maintain documentation

Collaborate with other departments to meet production targets

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in joinery or woodworking production

Proven track record in supervising manufacturing operations

Strong understanding of woodworking techniques and machinery

Experience with production planning and quality control

Excellent leadership and team management abilities

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus

Requirements 

Must be based in the UAE or willing to relocate

Valid UAE driving license preferred

Computer literacy and familiarity with relevant software

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical ability to move around construction sites/factory floor
