Job Overview: Gulfa is looking for skilled Production Operators to join its state-of-the-art mineral water bottling facility in Dubai. This role ensures smooth operation of production lines and adherence to strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities: As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring equipment efficiency, and ensuring continuous production flow. You will also manage raw material usage and prevent wastage.

Quality Control: Operators must maintain hygiene and product quality, conducting routine checks to ensure bottles meet Gulfa’s high-quality standards before packaging and dispatch.

Technical Support: This role requires troubleshooting production line issues, reporting malfunctions, and assisting maintenance teams to minimize downtime.

Team Collaboration: You will work closely with shift supervisors, quality inspectors, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth workflow.

Work Environment: The position is based at Gulfa’s Dubai plant and involves working in shifts. Operators must be adaptable, proactive, and detail-oriented to meet daily production targets.
