About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to join our dynamic events team in Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Event Management: As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of event production, from initial concept development and planning to on-site execution and post-event evaluation. This includes managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure the successful delivery of each project. You will be the central point of contact, coordinating with various stakeholders to bring our events to life.

Logistics and Vendor Coordination: A critical aspect of this role involves meticulous logistical planning and vendor management. You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating with, and managing vendors, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring they deliver services in accordance with our standards and timelines. This includes managing contracts, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring all logistical aspects are handled efficiently.

On-Site Execution and Team Leadership: You will play a crucial role in the on-site execution of events, ensuring smooth operations and resolving any issues that may arise. This requires strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and manage a team, and the capacity to make quick and effective decisions under pressure. You will be the driving force behind the seamless execution of each event.

Budget Management and Financial Oversight: You will be responsible for managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness. This includes developing budget proposals, monitoring expenditures, and providing regular financial reports. Your ability to manage budgets efficiently will be crucial to the success of our events.

Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Effective communication is essential in this role. You will be required to maintain clear and consistent communication with team members, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders. This includes providing regular updates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring all parties are aligned on project goals. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships will be key to your success.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To excel in this role, you must have proven experience in event and festival production. You must be currently based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and available to work until May 2025. Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills are essential.
