Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

Experience Required: 7+ years of management experience within the steel industry, with a focus on Cut & Bend operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrate strong leadership and management capabilities, effectively motivating and inspiring teams.

Oversee budgeting for production and inventory control, ensuring optimal financial performance.

Establish and maintain credibility to foster strong internal and external business relationships.

Utilize mechanical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

Manage production planning, organization, and project management, ensuring seamless operations.

Maintain a thorough understanding of safety regulations and guidelines to ensure safe plant operations.

Analyze production data, identify trends, forecast budgets, and make informed, data-driven decisions to enhance plant efficiency.

Exhibit strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a dynamic production environment.

Flexibility to work varied schedules, including night shifts and weekends when required.

Implement and manage Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing practices to drive continuous improvement.

Oversee multi-shift operations of the reinforcement Cut & Bend plant, optimizing productivity and equipment performance to meet production goals.

Ensure all equipment operates efficiently, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
