Job Overview:

Crossroads Live Australia, a global theatre producer, is seeking a detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support multiple theatre productions and national tours from their Melbourne office.

Current Productions:

Wicked

Sister Act

Jesus Christ Superstar

Grease

Annie

And Then There Were None

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to Executive and Associate Producers

Manage communication between:

Creative teams

Management

Touring companies

Marketing teams

Ticketing teams

Suppliers and stakeholders

Handle contract negotiations and paperwork

Prepare and issue contracts

Manage payroll documentation for:

Touring company

Transfer personnel

Local crew

Orchestra

Coordinate forward planning for national tours, including:

Travel arrangements

Accommodation logistics

Audition coordination

Rehearsal management

Production transfer planning

Opening night arrangements

Manage audition processes:

Oversee Crossroads Live Audition Portal

Arrange audition personnel

Coordinate multi-city and remote auditions

Issue audition times and callbacks

Required Skills and Attributes:

Exceptional attention to detail

Strong problem-solving capabilities

Advanced computer skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Familiarity with Google Docs

Excellent interpersonal communication

Self-motivated with a positive attitude
