Role Overview – PointClickCare is hiring a Product Manager – Data Platform or a full-time, remote position serving clients across Canada. This position is ideal for accomplished product management professionals with strong data platform product expertise, healthcare technology and SaaS industry knowledge, and the ability to develop data platform products effectively, manage product strategy, drive feature development, support user adoption, analyze performance, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic healthcare technology and software organization.

Data Platform Product Strategy – You will develop product strategy by analyzing market opportunities, identifying customer needs, planning product approaches, and driving execution. You will establish effective data platform strategies supporting business growth. You should develop comprehensive product strategies.

Product Management Leadership – You will lead product management by directing strategy, overseeing development, supporting teams, and driving excellence. You will lead comprehensive product initiatives and vision. You should provide strategic product leadership.

Data Platform Product Development – You will oversee data platform development by directing initiatives, coordinating teams, supporting execution, and ensuring quality. You will lead successful platform development. You should manage platform product development.

Product Roadmap Development and Management – You will develop and manage roadmaps by planning features, prioritizing initiatives, aligning with strategy, and supporting execution. You will establish clear product direction and priorities. You should develop comprehensive product roadmaps.

Feature Prioritization and Planning – You will prioritize features by analyzing value, assessing impact, planning releases, and supporting development. You will focus development on highest-value features. You should prioritize product features strategically.

Data Product Conceptualization – You will conceptualize data products by identifying opportunities, understanding customer needs, designing solutions, and planning development. You will develop innovative data solutions. You should conceptualize product solutions.
