Job Description

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to identify the best wealth management products available.

Analyze customer preferences and feedback to understand key features and functionalities valued in wealth management products.

Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in wealth management.

Product Implementation and Improvement:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, design, operations) to implement new wealth management products.

Define product requirements based on market research and customer preferences.

Work closely with the development team for successful product launches.

Continuously monitor and enhance existing wealth management products based on customer feedback and market trends.

Vendor Management:

Identify and establish relationships with key vendors for wealth management products.

Evaluate vendor capabilities, pricing, and quality to select suitable vendors.

Explore partnerships with local and international vendors to expand product offerings.

Business & Customers

SWOT Analysis and Financial Forecasting:

Conduct SWOT analysis for wealth management products.

Analyze product financials and revenue forecasts for profitability and growth assessment.

Collaborate with the finance team for accurate financial projections aligned with business goals.

Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Experience:

3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager, specifically in fintech wealth management products.

Strong knowledge of wealth management industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements.

Excellent analytical skills for customer preferences and market opportunities.

Solid understanding of financial forecasting and revenue analysis.

Strong vendor management skills with a focus on quality and cost-effectiveness.

Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities across diverse teams.

Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving business needs.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality products.

Salary:

BHD 1,000 to 2,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
