Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our client's growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce platforms and a proven track record of driving meaningful product improvements through data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs
Analyze user behavior data and market trends to identify opportunities for platform enhancement
Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and user engagement
Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to prioritize and implement product improvements
Create and maintain product roadmaps that align with company's strategic goals
Conduct competitive analysis and stay current with e-commerce industry trends
Present product strategies and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product decisions
Drive A/B testing initiatives to optimize user experience and conversion rates
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of product management experience, with significant focus on e-commerce platforms
Proven track record of successful product launches and platform improvements
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
Experience with A/B testing and optimization methodologies
Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership
Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and KPIs
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with major e-commerce platforms in the MENA region
MBA or relevant advanced degree
Knowledge of agile development methodologies
Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel)
Track record of implementing successful feature improvements that drove measurable business results
