Experience Requirements:

6-8 years total experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain

3+ years working in Agile/Scrum environment

Previous experience in Business/Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance

Educational Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech, Graduate or Postgraduate degree

Key Skills:

Strong requirement elicitation and testing capabilities

In-depth knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Collaborative team player

Business and functional understanding

Strong written and verbal communication

Technical writing skills

Data analysis and visualization

Stakeholder management

Additional Advantages:
