About the Role:

We are urgently seeking a motivated Procurement, Supply & Logistics Assistant to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with supply chain experience, as well as enthusiastic freshers looking to start their career in the UAE. You will play a key role in supporting our procurement and logistics operations, ensuring smooth and efficient supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Procurement, Supply & Logistics Assistant, you will assist in sourcing materials, managing supplier relationships, and coordinating logistics activities. Your duties will include processing purchase orders, tracking shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records. You will also support the team in optimizing procurement processes and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Qualifications & Experience:

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics, either in the UAE or their home country. Fresh graduates in the UAE are also encouraged to apply. A background in supply chain management or a related field is preferred, along with strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Skills & Competencies:

We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with procurement software will be an advantage. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
