Overview:

Linum Consult's client, a major organization in Qatar, is seeking a Procurement Specialist with experience in automotive dealerships or repair shops to support their team. This role involves preparing budgets, conducting procurement analysis, managing supplier data, and enhancing procurement processes.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the director and Procurement Manager to support budget preparation and annual business plans.

Prepare reports and conduct data analysis to monitor procurement performance.

Provide supplier data as required by the Procurement Department.

Obtain and update vendor data from relevant sources and publications.

Recommend and implement improvements to enhance procurement processes.

Serve as the focal point for selected customers regarding procurement compliance.

Implement proper controls using ERP and other procurement systems.

Salary:

QAR 12,000 to 13,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, ideally certified with CIPS.

5 years’ experience in procurement roles within the automotive industry, specifically in dealerships or repair shops.

Excellent computer skills in MS Office and SAP.

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to build effective relationships.

Experience working in the Middle East is preferred.

Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
