Duties & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated, talented, and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement for automotive spare parts for the Independent Aftermarket, with a proven track record of success in managing the procurement process from start to finish. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Identify and evaluate potential vendors, negotiate contracts, and establish relationships to ensure the best value for the company.

Monitor and analyze market trends, supplier performance, and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.

Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, bidding, and contract management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize inventory management.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

Candidate Profile:

Preferred Candidate:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement in the automotive industry.

Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends.

Experience in negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.

Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
