Procurement Specialist

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives

Manage the complete procurement cycle from requisition to delivery

Source and evaluate potential vendors, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong supplier relationships

Monitor market trends, prices, and suppliers to identify cost-saving opportunities

Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery

Maintain detailed procurement records and documentation

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and UAE procurement regulations

Track and report on key procurement metrics and performance indicators

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 3 years of proven procurement experience in UAE or home country

Freshers in UAE are welcome to apply

Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and procedures

Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills

Proficient in MS Office and procurement software systems

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
