Job Description

Job Overview: The Procurement Officer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process within the hospitality company, ensuring timely sourcing of goods and services while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards. You will play a critical role in supporting operations by identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating favorable contracts, and ensuring compliance with company procurement policies.

Key Responsibilities: Core duties include preparing purchase orders, evaluating supplier performance, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining accurate procurement records. The Procurement Officer will also oversee vendor contracts, monitor inventory requirements, and coordinate closely with the finance and operations teams to align procurement strategies with business goals.

Work Environment: This role is based in a reputed hospitality company where attention to detail, reliability, and proactive decision-making are essential. The Procurement Officer will collaborate with chefs, operations managers, and housekeeping teams to ensure a smooth supply chain and uninterrupted business operations.

Work Schedule and Benefits: The position follows a six-day workweek with Sundays off. Working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Benefits include one month of paid annual leave, an annual round-trip ticket to the home country, and professional exposure in a dynamic hospitality environment that values efficiency and collaboration.
